    went on a town trip with staff and other ppl on the ward and went to this bakery shop and bought rocky road cake and cornflake crispy cake. so excited to try it after lunch ( will spoiler and show a pic of it ) :)

    That's sad, hope it's not been too bad. I've been not too bad thanks. Also got my filling at the dentist in a couple of days after putting it off a couple of weeks, do you have any more advice please?

    i would just say the more you put not having it done the harder it will get. if you can have someone with you then gd bc that might help (?) you got this.

    Yh thats true, could damage the tooth worse if the longer I put it off so I will have to have it. Uncle will probably come coz he's got appointment same time. Thanks a lot.

    glad someone is going with you. maybe sharing your worries / concerns with the dentist as they can try and make it easier for you. dentists i been to in past ive shared if im anxious they are very kind and try to make it easier.
