    Yeah nothing is settling it .... think GP was right that this might be a bladder/kidney infection but whatever it is it’s hurting so much

    My mum got pulled over by the police earlier (the headteacher told me at school earlier- my mum told him.) Now I feel scared that I will get caught by police on my way to or from school. I had about 3 police cars drive past with me getting glared at.

    I just feel so deflated and worthless. Like a nothing and nobody. I'm disgusting. I'm useless. I'm this and that, the list can go on. There's nothing positive I can say anymore. I just feel like a massive burden for struggling and reaching out.
    Today I reached and was told "people have it worse than you, stop being selfish" 
    Is my mental health selfish?
    Is my heightened anxiety and thoughts of self harm and suicide selfish?
    I get people are unwell and have a lot going on.. but mental health matters to right? Or have people forgotten
