I really need the support :’(
So last night I had a full blown anxiety attack, my mum was up with me until 3 in the morning to try and calm me down. Whenever I do throw up it’s difficult to get back on track with my eating because I still feel sick but then feeling hungry can make me feel sick but also anxious. It’s a big cycle, I’m just really struggling with eating again and it would be nice to have some support
