Hi, My name is Bini. I am 24years old. I'm from India. I moved to the UK last October for my Masters. Doing Masters in the UK was my dream but, now that I'm here I feel so depressed I literally cry without reason.

 I tried telling this to other people and they tell me that I'm homesick or I'm missing my family, but I know what I'm going through it's not them it's about me. I'm not homesick. Why don't they get that?  I cry for hours without reason. I'm surrounded by people but in the end, I feel empty. I can't express what I feel. I don't feel like getting up in the morning. I don't know what to do. It's really difficult to feel so shattered

    Moving is a massive change so would come up with a lot of emotions - you only know how you feel so you know its more than that. Have you thought about seeing a gp? Good to reach out so glad youre here <3 It does all sound really disappointing for you
