    Self care day (might upload a more glamorous picture later since I'm going home today!) 

    But anyway doing some self care by showering and doing my hair/makeup again 😊 also been doing some writing, looking at my fav pics to remind me of good times. And later I'm going into work for a coffee with my colleagues and a catchup which will be good (also having a nap to recharge) it's not much, but it's good for me and it's stuff I enjoy doing 😊

    Self care day, I'm staying out of the sun and staying indoors, I've got my water and a small bar of chocolate and playing on of my favourite games (forza horizon 3) hints in the car,

    anyone got any idea what the car is?

    I did go out for a walk earlier today (at like 5am) but I was too tired to take a picture of nature

    This little soggy doggy ( yes I have him a shower the other night ) Motivates me to get out of bed each morning to walk him.

    my hobby is arts and crafty type things. I have loads of crafty stuff in my room, I participate in graffiti, I like to sit and draw and colour. 
    This is my personal favourite graffiti made because I like coffee and the idea behind it is to set up a coffee bar. (My name is crossed out) using my Nespresso machine with this screwed to the wall above it and all my vintage mugs and the coffee pods out with the machine

    Favorite hobby - as a lot of you know I'm a train enthusiast and train spotter and love to explore the UK rail network so he's my kit I take with me everytime I'm out on trains, all of that and food and drink and a few other things come to about £1500 in equipment I carry around, next trip is actually off to London so I won't take all of it 😂

    Well my fav hobby is photography but haven't actually done that for a while, but a close second is penpalling .. all my penpals suffer with mental health so we send each other wee things to cheer them up, I received this and it's taken pride of place on my positivity wall 😊

    Night time routine! Use my sleepy lotion (after like everything I do before this part) , grab a  good book, light a candle and snuggle up...Also got my water to keep me hydrated!

    Nighttime routine - meds! Fruit cause my meds make me STARVING (I normally have watermelon but the shop is out 🙁) my journal and then a good book 😊

    The bottle is from Wilko for £5 I had 2 but I gave L my blue one! Definitely worth getting. Keeps Icy water cold for hours!
    You should definitely read the girl on the train! Heard a lot of positive reviews about that book!

    Nighttime routine - I mouistrise then put my PJs on- have my Mickey Mouse pride ones on tonight , then I do an entry in my journal and will do 15 ish minutes of ready all whilst cuddling up to my Lou with the fan on us .

    Nighttime routine - have a shower, make myself a hot chocolate or peppermint tea and lay down in bed with my sheets over me and me hugging pierre, the tube train normally goes in between my legs to have my hips a little open so I sleep comfortably at night

    Morning Routine - I wash my face then Mouistreise. Pick out with clothes to wear and set them in my bed ready , then change my quote of the day wall today it’s “reach to the stars” and then will choose which body spray to use.

    Morning routine - get up, smoke, coffee, shower, coffee, meds, hair & makeup, smoke and another coffee 😂 it's my day off today so instead of going to work I'm spending the morning replying to my penpals 😊

    Finally got out of bed. My morning routine is a glass of icy water and coffee (iced or nesspresso) and check on then news, then followed by a work out or just some stretches - today will be streteches. Then I go on to morning hygine (shower, facewash, teethbrush etc)

    28th July - something new, my new memo note box I got in the works, I write my thoughts down and then bin them or write strange train journey ideas down

    Something new (ish) well it's new for me 😂 A few admissions ago I was struggling one night so a nurse sat with me at 3am and we just spoke about izombie for like 2 hours haha.. anyway on my recent admission when she saw I was back in she brought in the comic that izombie is based on for me 👌 I'm not a big comic person but what I've read of it so far it's good, and kinda confusing (it's different to the series) 🙈😂 she said I could keep it cause I deserve nice things, and I don't know, I can't remember the last time someone said I deserve something nice 🤷

    Favourite place - Aberdream or the boat 😂 Aberdeen cause it's where some of my closest friends are at.. and the boat cause it means I'm either going away or coming back from an amazing trip 👌 also cause I know the staff so well.. like they've seen me after every admission travelling home cause I refused to fly haha, and now they get to see me enjoying life, one of them said a while ago the difference is incredible 😁 and I also get my compulsory free coffee when travelling home cause I'm sad cause leaving my friends 😂😂

    Favourite place- river walks. It so peaceful and you forget your in a city. I use to love the beach but since moving away from the coast 4 years ago (going into the 5th year. Damn) I've learnt to find new places and embrace the environment around me

    My favourite place - we went down to dawlish last year and I just loved, sitting on the wall and staring out to see and just for those few minutes I was sat there just forgot about everything going on .

    @GreenTea I loved it down there ! Was abit cold hence the coat but I don’t know there was just something about being able to sit and stare out into sea and I nearly came back with a tattoo 🤭

    Favourite place - is the capital of the UK, beautiful London babe, yes I know this sounds strange coming from a countryside boy but I love London with hoe diverse everywhere is, you can go from one road to another and it will have a different atmosphere and them obviously theirs the public transport and the trains which is always a great part of London too

    Friendship - well I can't exactly post a photo of my friends so have one of us trying to be cute 🤷😂 I'm so thankful for all my friends, ones I've met through mental illness and ones I've known for years.. especially the ones I've known for years, they don't suffer from mental illness and they could of left at any time but they didn't, they decided to jump on the rollercoaster with me 😊 they've helped me SO much and yeahh basically I just love them 😂
