Today marks the start of children’s mental health week. This week long campaign is run by place2be to help show the importance of mental health in children and young people .

Now in its fitfth year they hope to get more people involved and spreading the word.

The theme of this year is “Healthy ;Inside And out”

The idea behind this is when we think about healthy living we focus on looking after our bodies -physcial wellbeing such as doing more excuses or eating more healthy etc.

But really to be Able to be healthy we have to look after our mental wellbeing to by getting enough sleep etc.

In time for children’s mental health week place2be have released some new reaserch which say that “ children with less sleep are more likely to worry” and “ 56% of children say that they worry all the time about at least one thing to do with school life , home life or themselves”

Sometimes all you need is one person to believe in you , for you to begin to believe in yourself.
