Hey everyone,

You've probably seen @Italia drifting through every now and again - she helped us out over the Christmas period and has been a staff member at The Mix for a while.

Now, Italia will be getting more involved with the community, responding to PMs, and generally being a fourth member of the staff team behind this account. :)
