Hi not douing great

so hi,

not in the best of places at the moment.
Ive recently started SH again. Im feeling realy empty. Its something i have struggled with since early teenage years. I feel pretty stupid posting this.
i kinda thought once I had left that place the door was shut seems it’s not that easy. It seems trivial compared to others. I don’t really know any more.

    *hugs*

Do you have anyone you trust to speak about this with - like doctor, trusted family member ect but ofc we can listen too. Its not trivial, self harm is horrible thing to be dealing with.
“And when they look at you, they won't see everything you've been through. They won't see the **** that turned to scars that began to fade with time. They won't see the heartbreaking things that shook up and changed your entire world. They won't know how many tears you cried or even what it was you were crying about. They won't see how strong you had to be because you had no other choice. What they will see though is how compassionate you are because you experienced pain. What they will see is how kind you are because you experienced how cruel the world is. What they will see is how good you are because you've seen how bad things or people can be. The difference between you and your experiences are who you choose to be, despite everything that could have turned you cold and unkind. You are the good the world needs and the best of us.” ~ Kirsten Corley

    Hi there,

    Welcome!x

Agreed with Shaunie - definitely talk to someone about it! I'd recommend talking to Samaritans as well, and seeing the GP for supportx

    Much love <3

Thanks for that appreciate it. As much as I know going to the gp is the right thing it’s not something I feel ready to do just yet, the thought of it fills me with panic. It’s never totally gone but I’ve been managing to find other outlets, not having one figure skating due to having broke my wrist is not helping. I’ve come to a lighter bit of the tunnel before so hopefully I can make it their again. If that makes any sence.
