Im guessing youve tried leveling with her and saying none of you are better than the other and try to get her to understand you just wanna help?

If they won't share it perhaps they are stubborn and too prideful to ask for help? There might be a time where she learns that its okay to ask others for help, but until then try to remain positive and open so that she knows she can come to you if she needs help at anytime
