One tip I find I need to remind myself of sometimes is that just because you have a blip, don't write off the whole day. If you find yourself struggling or procrastinating just take a break and come back

Been having lots of downs this week, today mood wise I am better but I feel really stressed right now- been studying and really trying but barley taking things in. Also its harder to concentrate with my mh strugges too
