I just can't believe the arrogance of some of the posters thinking they can tell us how to be and what to say!! And to hint and not mention names is even more childish than what they're implying. If you've made the effort to read all threads on which we've posted you might have seen some good advice come from Genie, Bluey and Dragon (and sometimes myself <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/wink.gif">) and I believe that it's important to occasionally add a bit of humour to remind us all that we're young and that sex can also be FUN!! There are some serious issues, yes, but can you mention any times when any of us have actually ridiculed someone who was desperately in need of advice???!!!!
In case you have forgotten, this is a public forum, and as such anyone can have their say, and it is not up to "older posters" to impose any rules on newbies.....unless they're being totally offensive. And if it's not the person's intention to offend (as is clearly the case with Bluey and Genie and the rest) then offense should not be taken!

Firstly we didnt all start slagging off this post, it was karla that made the first comment, one that most of us agree with but are to dubious to post incase of offending people.

if you wish to seek for attention, here isnt the place to do it and msn and yahoo made chat rooms for you to do it in, so why not go there instead of having a laugh here? this BBS isnt to have a laugh - it's to be informed about sexual issues, with some **bright** comments and showings of poor humour along the way, not to turn it into somewhere to have a laugh

It DOESNT have to be serious, everyone here is capable of havin a laugh, but the older users have seen these boards become more and more stupid. Not only does it make TheSite look like a home for imbeciles, it makes people who really NEED help less likely to ask for it.
