    I passed out just after 0300 due to certain substances... And I've finally woken up properly. That's buggered the sleep pattern lol

    Hahaha, you have a healthy sleeping pattern, well, getting there!! Mental heath can get so much worst if you don't have a regular sleeping pattern, I just end up in a right mardy when I don't get my sleep, haha!!!

    Should probably sleep as up early tomorrow but I just keep thinking not long until my appointments are over, so why sleep! Just stay up all night. Guess I should try or I'll be shattered all day tomorrow :(

    Just have a lot on my mind- I have an assessment for a MH mentor at uni this morning. Then I have a test in the afternoon, I've not really studied- well I tried but couldn't focus and got uptight. So I'm going to study this morning. It's only 12 multi choice questions based on last weeks practical, but I'm just worried.

    I ended up getting up early, now I'm on the bus. I don't need to be in until 11:30. I just couldn't stay in bed- too restless.

    Plus I'm also worried about cmht referral, although I don't even have a date yet!
