So A-levelers have had their turn, now it's time for GCSE results!

Are any of you guys waiting for results on Thursday? How are you feeling about it?

    I'm panicking so much! I messed up my exams because of mental health :( I don't want my results... I'm so anxious...

    good luck *hug* try to hold onto a sheet of letters isn't YOU. It doesn't define you and there are options and ways around results which might not be ideal.

    Good luck Heighdyhey. Waiting for results can be pretty horrible.

    Some people find that having a solid plan can reduce the anxiety a little. We've got an article about preparing for results day, which also talks about what to do on the day.

    It's got some good advice and next steps to help you make a plan if you think that might help :)

    It may also help to pick them up as early as possible because then you're not worrying about it any longer then needed :heart:

    I think you did brilliantly but I know that no matter how many times I say it you won't believe me.

    I'm going to pick mine up not. Only resat science so not too bad. Need at least a B though

    Well done for getting yourself into ALevels rosebud :yes: that is a fantastic achievement even if it doesn't feel all that fantastic today for you.

    Are you staying at the same school or going to a college?

    It's tough to feel you could have done better but we can only ever do the best we can manage at the time and that depends on so many things that might be going on in our lives.

    I'm sorry your mum hasn't been more supportive, we're proud of you! *hug*

    I know its an achievement just gutted i couldnt get computing as an enrichment cause i didnt get the grade i was on track to :(

    Im staying at same school/college its gcse-6th form so im shocked im staying, but head of year said i did well just gutted still with it.

    I know i could have done better!!!!! With drama, french, english, science so im annoyed at myself. i guess i had a lot going on, just wish it wasnt so much going on so i could have done better and made everyone happier.

    mums never supportive, but i wanted to make her proud for once really did :( *hug* thanks for being proud guys

    At least your mum asked! I went away and she just opened them anyway and didn't even bother to tell me what I'd got.

    I'm currently on holiday myself so I can't collect results for the 2 I did. My school makes us do some this year, and the rest next. I know I failed RE, because I didn't get anything down in the exams because I had panic attacks throughout both exams. I dont think I did well in ICT ether, because its got coursework in it and I didn't finish it all, so yeah.

    i had to wait 2 weeks for my results when i was away ... then realized i get an email with my results too -.-
    ' So I put a bullet where I shouda put a helmet, and I crash my car cause I wanna get carried away, that's why I'm standing on the overpass screaming at myself 'hey, I wanna get better''
