Hey
Keep hearing about this and finally downloaded it yesterday and explored it - if you're interested in mindfulness then it's worth a look: https://www.headspace.com/
It starts with a programme called Take 10 which is 10 x 10 minute guided audio meditations - after that you can unlock more that address particular topics like health and relationships.
There's a video that explains how it all works. I tried the first one and almost fell asleep! It really cleared my head
Taking just 10 minutes for yourself each day can be a great way to reduce stress and worry - just thought I'd share it in case anyone fancies giving it a go :thumb:

It's for Android too!
Received an email about the app and downloaded it. Haven't had a proper look yet though.
I agree, although did manage to complete the app in the end...
What are some of the barriers, do you think?
Really?! It said that it was on the app store. That's for iPhone?

I have. I have been doing it every day and you can also go back to it if you need to repeat it without having to go onto the next lesson type thing.
" So I say thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing, thanks for all the joy they're bringing, who can live without it, I ask in all honestly what would life be? Without a song or a dance, what are we? So I say thank you for the music, for giving it to me "
'' It's a beautiful day and I can't stop myself from smiling "
