I'll probably post another thread going more in depth about the events of last night and what happened after school today, but long story short - got myself in such a state last night and then after school I just broke down and was talking to my mentor and then we went to talk to the head of child protection or whatever…

Back to the OP, go and talk to your GP. Tell them your teacher suggested thinking about homeopathic remedies. If you're not keen on ADs tell them that too and see if you can make progress on improving your mental health.

If you want to try homeopathic remedies, then that's great and you should think about it, but make sure you do it with a GP to keep an eye on your mental health condition.
