not taking my meds so much now because they effect my short term memory and i just can't think on them. problem is i have insomnia and i said to my tutor i would find out if he is one of them and i would kill the pigeons as proof if necessary. :shocking: :shocking: :shocking: :shocking: :shocking: :shocking: :shocking: :shocking: :shocking: :wave:

    i really think you should reconsider not taking your medication, or speak to your doctor about changing prescriptions if the side effects upset you so much. you can't mess about with the dosage without advice, you know this.

    I would suggest reconsidering as the others have suggested, could you also visit your GP see what they may be able to offer?
