    I'm on Granny Smiths. Which are apparently 101 calories each for large ones (which these are).

    Sigh etc.

    weird, i just clicked asda - granny smith apple and it says 40 cals

    I clicked another one which says, 'large Granny Smith' and it's got them as 130 each :|

    joined today, did it for 5 weeks before my mates wedding last summer, but lost motivation after the wedding

    Should probably mention that I was -4.5 last week. Not through healthy means, though, so that detracts from it a bit.

    I got my half stone award last night so very pleased with that. I'm averaging about 1lb a week. I also got my "body magic" bronze award which is for doing 3 x 15 minutes exercise a week for 4 weeks.

    Slimming World is great, I'm never hungry and eat so much food on it.
