    Other things that changed as well as Jim V leaving:

    - Diamond Geezer is now called DG
    - Bong Budda is now Budda
    - Kermit has left
    - Mr G renamed himself to G and has also left
    - Shy Boy In The Corner is now ShyBoy
    - Broken Angel / Crying Angel has left (may be temporary though)

    That's what I was wondering. I always find those big "I'm Leaving!" threads a wee bit melodramatic anyway - what, do you want us to beg you to stay?! - but then to obviously start posting again with a very similar name about two days later just seems a bit pointless.

    I don't mean to be a dick about it, because people can do what they like. But if someone wants to leave, they can just stop posting, so if they are now posting under another name...well, why the drama?

    i do agree but sometimes it can just be courteous. like if someone has been going through a rough time and others have been giving advice to them. then they leave just like that. it can be a bit worrying.

    But if they say nothing, then you get loads of people asking about them - either way, you can't win.

    I left a forum for a bit (because I was bored of it) and have had loads of people asking where I am.

    It's not the leaving that's the issue, so much as the coming back basically straight away and it being fairly obvious. Makes one wonder what the point was, particularly if there was a goodbye thread involved.

    Yeah, I've done the 'I'm leaving' threads as I didn't want to worry anyone before when I was in a crap time. Can't remember if I said bye before I popped off this time though... someone just reminded me, so I thought I'd say hello :)

    It's also came in use, as I need some advice about the cancellation of my wedding... so I could be here for a little while yet :) x

    :thumb: And so many lately! But drama llama's are half the fun of this place :p I must say I am dissapointed in Fruit Loop and her civility since coming back :p
