Nah, that's not too many icons. 2 or 3 columns is about normal. Some machines I have serviced in the past had the entire desktop filled with no spaces left! :eek2:
And lol, Mon, that sounds like my parents old computer!

I can have 3 monitors set up on one card, on my pc (HD5850 Toxic 2GB) I have four ports on mine, 2x DVI, 1x HDMI and 1x Display Port however if I use the HDMI port it disables one of the DVI ports (won't be an issue soon as I'll get a second HD5850 and Xfire it = max of 6monitors (which I plan to do, all Samsung running at 2048x1152 (if I can afford it I'll got for 2x 5970's (sapphiretech 4gb models with dual GPU's) but I doubt it.
2mon = good for watching a movie and playing a game at the same time 3 monitors is even better,
however 9 is where it is at, Eyefinity rocks

Mine!
This is with my Samsung (main on the right @ 2048*1152) and Cibox (secondary on the left @ 1440*900) however I often replace this with my Samsung HD 40inch tv (1920*1080)

(BUMP!)
I've dumped about 10 desktop backgrounds into a folder than win7 automatically rotates through so I don't need to do it myself, all nice green / green and white pics.
Is that you? :shocking:
This is why I like Win7. I have a scrolling Star Wars theme at the moment. I iz geek, innit.
