God Jim, burning the midnight oil again!

Lyric did you look into seeing a counsellor about it? Body image issues are very common these days and are something doctors will (or should) take seriously. It's not the way you are, but the way you think you are.

    think of it this way:
    -everyone is different
-there isnt an average size, only your size
    -big boobs cause back problems

    hope this helps

No one needs to see a picture. Please do not send a picture to anyone. most you post something on the net it usually floatin around in cyberspace somewhere forever. any one of these people you could send it too just forward it around of post it on some porn site.
Im a B cup and any lads i met really dnt care about size you are. boobs are boobs they are great cause the come in different shapes and sizes.
Be happy wit what you have and learn to love your body. Confidence is very sexy i find

A girl at school who was a size 6 and about 5ft 2 with roughly a B/C cup went and got her boobs done just before we finished 6th form and when she came back she looked ridiculous because they were so out of proportion to the rest of her body and everyone was making fun. Just thought I'd throw that in there.
And just to add, I have fairly big boobs (DD) and I wish they were a bit smaller because I can't wear many fitted tops or dresses that have cups in because clothes makers just assume if you're a size 10 and under then you must be a C cup or smaller. It can also be difficult with men too because they just talk to your chest - bigger boobs aren't all they're cracked up to be. And if I may say so...if you can't be comfortable and confident with your bf, then what is your relationship about? Your bf should make you feel comfortable and happy. I think you should explain to him, and if he's a decent guy he'll reassure you and won't care what size you are - if he doesn't then well....speaks for itself really.
And please don't let this turn into a repeat of the other thread.

I agree. A hallmate has big boobs and it doesn't look stupid, because of her size. However, if I had big boobs, it wouldn't look right. (I'm a C)

And on your other thread: Boob size can't always be genetic, my mums quite small prob a B at most and didn't start getting them til she was 14. I was a poor unfortunate and started getting mine at 10!!! I was around a C for ages when I was about 16/17 and a stone lighter than I am now. Then I went on the pill and they went up to a DD - possibly due to weight gain and hormones. Friend of mine is pretty petite like you and had B cups, then she went on the pill and now she has C/Ds and didn't put any weight on! Not saying you should go on the pill to get big boobs but I think other factors come into it too. And you are only 17 - alot can change in the next few years.
I also suggest getting fitted properly, and tbh the tape measure isn't always the most accurate. According to the tape measure I should be a C but I'm deffinately not. Shape comes into it aswell. I went to bravissimo and they fitted me as a 30F! But I now have an ultimo bra (which I love) that's a 32DD and fits perfect. It really does depend where you get fitted and where you get your bras from, bit of trial and error really.

Totally moving this to 'style & Appearance' as far as I can make out, the issues here are nothing to do with sex and everything to do with how we feel about how we look. :thumb:

Totally. My mum is lovely and slender with A/B cups (now, after 4 children etc. She used to be a C cup) and I am exactly the same shape as my dad's sisters, ie, wobbly with big knockers.

I have often cursed my mum for choosing my dad.

The girl I'm trying to work my magic on (pro tip: if the topic of Easter comes up when you're chatting someone up, you shouldn't start going on about Jesus technically being a zombie) has small boobs. Doesn't stop me wanting to do unspeakable filthy things to her though.

I would find that funny, it should be part of the test convo on anyone you're trying to chat up.

Can you not just find a picture of a celebrity with the same boob size as you and post that instead? Can't be that difficult to find.

Guys dont actually expect their girlfriends to look just like the women in magazines, just like girls dont expect their boyfriends to look like the guys in mens health

Would I be allowed to post photos of me wearing a normal bra and then my push-up/padded bra so you can see the difference?

our responses are not informed by what your boobs actually look like so, it won't make any difference. The only person concerned about the look of your boobs is you so, no, don't post them.

By the way, my boobs are smaller than that woman's on the picture. They wouldn't even show if I wore a top like that without a bra.

 absolutely. I'm not embarrassed to tell people that I'm a double A cup and it's never, ever caused me a problem with relationships.

You obviously are. Are you jealous of the amount of care and attention the lyric receives? You know, if you have some issues too, you could post them here and people would be just as kind to you, helping you work things out, even if those issues weren't quickly and easily resolved. And, hopefully, no one would tell you that your problems were boring, people who thought that could just look at different threads.
