Well my healthy day went out the window. I got fucking high and ended up munching 3 sandwiches (throughout the day), half a Domino's Meat Feast pizza and a bowl of cereal. I also just consumed a Chocolate Milkshake.
I'm going to have to seriously abuse the Gym tomorrow.

    today i've had...

2 weetabix and a piece of wholemeal toast for breakfast/lunch.

for tea i'm making a shepherds pie but with sweet potato & butternut squash mash instead of potato mash. i'm not sure how it will taste but i shall find out, haha. i'm a bit obsessed with sweet potato & butternut squash mash at the min.

i have also just made some homemade caramel shortbread and a lemon & mixed berries cheesecake (http://www.carnation.co.uk/recipes/chilled-desserts/lemon-and-mixed-berry-cheesecake). both look yummy. i've made them for my boyfriend but no doubt i'll end up eating lots of it all later too ;)

    Snack: CHEESECAKE

    Lunch: Chocolate Malt-o-meal. I'm a little mixed-up today.

Snack: MORE CHEESECAKE (I walked around outside for an hour taking pictures and managed to get myself half-lost in town, I needed cheesecake :p )

Supper: Chicken wings dusted in flour and baked; side of brown/wild rice and honey with a bit of the chicken drippings mixed in.

I think I may have more cheesecake. ;)
