Unless you are practising some tantric sexual philosophy, every guy wants to reach orgasm. Its nature's 'reward' to us that drives us to want to have sex in the first place - thus continuing the species. Without orgasm, men wouldn't shift their asses for love nor money. At least with practice, men with premature ejaculation problems can usually learn to delay themselves. He can't 'learn' to cum sooner, let alone at all. Do you really have no emapthy with what this boy is going through? Sexual performance is the least of his concerns.

You shgould have been off seeing acounsellor. This is a place for people to get advice and hopefully, some good enough advice for the person to act on it.

Not only was your 'view' irrelevant, it was entirely unhelpful. Yeah, I am sure the boy will be overjoyed with your advice that although a possible medical condition will mean that he may never cum again in his life, if left untreated, he can rest safe in the knowledge that the 'upside' thing about it is that he can bang away for hours on end with some poor weary women who's fanny will ache from the friction.
