You get a bath sponge, like a sponge what you wash yourself with, and you chew on it????????????

Do you chew them dry, or full of water? Chewing wet sponges like that was something I loooooved doing as a kid.
Actually someone else mentioned it once on a different board and I was "ME TOO!!!!!" and then several other people admitted to being secret sponge chewers too.
Im pretty sure its some hormone deficiency/overload, cos i have had the same urge in every pregnancy, and also when i was going through puberty, but not at any other time.
Very strange I admit. I think its that bathwater smell that does it. i also love the smell of wet bathtowels at the moment. Usually they get washed too quickly to build up a smell, but i found one the other day that had obviously been sitting damp for a few days and smelled all bathy and it just smelled so good i just sat there sniffing it for ages. I think my other half thinks ive gone crazy.

I quirte like this. I don't eat anything 'weird'.
I went to see a dietician a few weeks ago who pretty much advised me to eat something like this.
And it's a good idea not to overload on fluid in all instances
