  i'd like to think they dont do damage, but that monday morning at work when my brain is mashed and my memory is that of a goldfish....... i figured..........it must be doin something longterm to me!!! oh well does'nt stop me doin it next weekend though!!! l8trs xxxx

  To be honest. I find Hangovers from loads of beer alot worse than a comedown of say 3-4 pills....
  
  I often feel like shit after having too much beer (im sure weve all been there) but for some reason i can come back from a club after a big night out and come home just feeling v.tired from lack of sleep.. a good sleep in bed normally got me head back to normal by tea time to go out then and get pissed..
  
  Oh yeah.. If u go out take pills etc.. my experience is a few beers the night after works miricales
