update on work experience

hey so basically theres a new work experience coordinator at my college since the old work experience coordinator that i was talking with before the christmas holidays left for some reason and i just messaged her this on teams:
Hello, my name is {name} and I'm currently doing Level 3 Business at {college}. I would like to organise some work experience for the mandatory work experience week that is going to take place on the 9th to the 13th of February. The previous work experience coordinator that I worked with named {name} managed to contact some estate agents and a couple have said that they can facilitate me inside of their company for a week. These said estate agents are called {name}. Could you please confirm with them that I am still able to do work experience at their companies for a week? From these two companies I will be able to choose one that can best facilitate my accessibility needs as well. My accessibility needs are that I need a bigger bathroom (mainly to fit my frame in) and a lift if there is more than one floor in the building. I need these accessibility needs due to my physical disability. Thank you.
does this get my point across so that i can get work experience before the 9th of february? i really want to get work experience before that date so that i dont have to worry about failing the course because i havent done the mandatory work experience week. like i said in that message i want to do work experience in an estate agent because there are loads of them around locally where i live and it would be easier for my dad to take me to and from the place.

Hey @toffuna101, I think the message you've written is clear as to why you're messaging, what you need and what they need to do. Hopefully they reply to you soon so you can get this sorted. If it's been a few days and you haven't heard back, it's okay to send them a follow up message to ask if they've seen your message, or to visit them in person to ask about it. How do you feel about the prospect of working at an estate agency for a week? From the couple that can facilitate you, do you have any preference on which one you go to, or can you try both?
