Hi I’m Fran 👋 I’m 23 and have recently beefing diagnosed with ADHD which has made me realise I am also autistic. I struggle with motivation, mood swings and substance abuse.
I joined here to maybe get some suggestions from you guys about what has helped you and to feel less alone with everything!

    Hi Fran it's so lovely to meet you on here and a big warm welcome to the mix too as well. I hope you enjoy your time on here <3. As a fellow ADHD'r and autistic person myself, I can relate to struggling with motivation as well as navigating different emotions. I'm always here if you want a nice chat.
