My phone is giving me a headache, not literally its just fustrating, like I bought a new charger but it wouldnt charge, compatibility issues. Its just fustrating and overwhelming even small things like that its just like things that are meant to be simple turn out to be complicated.

@eylah Oh no that is awful. Waking up without a voice can feel so discouraging, especially when you were not expecting it at all. On top of that, this kind of weather can really make everything feel heavier and more difficult. I hope your voice comes back quickly and that the weather eases up soon.

@Redemption That sounds truly overwhelming and I am sorry you are dealing with that. When something that is supposed to be simple turns into a problem, I understand how exhausting it can feel , especially when you are already just trying to get through the day. Sometimes it is the little things piling up that make everything feel heavier. I really hope it gets sorted out soon and that that you can feel some relief once it is taken care of.

I can relate, going to work is really tough when you don't feel like it. The fact that you're persevering with your new job and showing up despite challenges is a really good thing, though, and we're all super proud of you  how's the job been treating you recently, btw? Only if you want to share of course

Nemuritai, its going ok, just my catastrophic thinking like scared I'm gonna get sacked and I make mistakes, got the extension wheel cable badly tangled which was really stressful, its just quite far and not fun. I get treated fine though and its ok till I get something else. Thank you so so much the for real, I really appreciate it. We're all here and proud of you too ❤️

I think like things are just harder with the circumstances atm, its still a new job like I only started before Christmas so in just getting used to it all but I still have to get into something else like I have a job already now so it should be easier.

@eylah I hear you and I am really sorry you are feeling this way. It is completely understandable to feel like you’re “not in the mood” sometimes. Whatever you’re feeling right now is absolutely valid, and it’s perfectly okay to need time to just sit with your feelings and take space for yourself, even if it’s doing something small that brings you comfort. You’re not alone in this, and whenever you feel ready to talk, we truly care and will be here to listen without judgment.

@Redemption When you’re anxious or worried, it’s easy to start imagining every possible thing that could go wrong, even the unlikely ones. But the truth is, just because you feel scared doesn’t mean that what you’re imagining is actually going to happen. That means it’s completely okay to feel afraid, to feel nervous, or to imagine the worst but it doesn’t have to control what you do or define your reality. It is also normal for things to feel more challenging right now as everything is still relatively new so it is okay to be getting used to it slowly.

It’s great that you’ve noticed that people are treating you okay at work, even if some days feel harder than others. Knowing that the environment isn’t harsh or critical gives you a safe space to learn, grow, and make mistakes without worrying that you’ll be judged. That sounds like a comforting thought to hold onto, especially when your mind starts spinning with “what if” thoughts. It’s a sign that you’re in a place where you can take things step by step, learn and grow at your own pace, and still be respected and supported while you’re figuring it all out.

I know it feels difficult to go back to work tomorrow, but you can do this. Even though it’s stressful and new, you’ve already handled a lot since starting, and that shows how capable you are. Tomorrow may feel difficult at first, but you’ll get through it, and you’ll come out of it feeling a little more confident, a little stronger, and a little more capable than you did before. You’ve already done so much to get this far, and you’re capable of handling more than you think.

Quick Question. Is it worth ringing up CMHT and asking for a discharge letter. They explained it would detail everything we discussed and all there stances on my mental health. They wanted to write me one to make it easier to be readmitted if i changed my mind, but i refused earlier, but now i'm not so sure. What do you lot think?

Duck pond is still frozen. I forgot to do this yesterday, but he is what it looks like.

The ducks still have somewhere to swim though even though it probably feels like an ice bath.
