    It sounds like today stirred up a lot that’s been building over the year, and it completely makes sense to wonder about situations like that. Having moments where things come out differently than we hoped doesn’t take away from who you are. Sometimes choosing not to go along with something can feel awkward, and it isn’t always received warmly, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it was wrong. Even when things feel uncomfortable or misunderstood, the fact that you stayed true to yourself matters. If you wish to share more about it, we’re here to listen.

    @Ech0 I'm scared about next Yr would it b like last Yr if management is the same?, although the cqc and everything above them r involved. While thts goin on they're showing me some respect which I thought was odd

    @Ech0 @Azziman badons r always badons as far as I'm concerned, too much damage has been done, I'm gd now I'm not there at the moment coz I got frightened and I sed I wanted to go to another country. I vented my thoughts to my social worker.and wen I was really struggling I went to a wellbeing hub which I think kicked everything gd off 😀😀

    @ellie2000 I’m really sorry you went through all of that and it’s completely understandable to feel scared about next year after so much hurt. When trust has been broken, it’s hard to believe things will really change. Your feelings are valid, and you don’t owe anyone forgiveness or confidence before you’re ready.
    It sounds like you protected yourself by stepping away when you felt frightened and by speaking honestly with your social worker which is a brave step. Reaching out in moments like that isn’t easy and it says a lot about your strength and your will to keep going. It is encouraging to hear that it set positive change into motion.
