Having a meal with no friends

I had an xmas meal today with with no friends
All my friends are elsewhere
Tried to go on my phone to help my anxities none of them were happy
Going online helps some with mental health issues especially if the others your with are a lot lot worse than you in terms of neurodivergence and disability
Not having a conversation with makes me feel lonely.
At least ill be seeing my friends elsewhere again next week
Feel really sad today

    Hi @345_berry I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling this way right now and I can imagine how it felt as well not being able to be with your friends. I know that having friendships especially as a neurodivergent person can super hard at times especially when your friends are busy or elsewhere. Im always here if you want to chat about anything on your mind right now <3.

    Hey @345_berry. thank you for sharing this with us. I can hear how you're feeling unhappy with not being able to be with your friends. Not having someone to be with or speak to can feel isolating so your feelings are valid. Are there any hobbies or activities that could do in the mean time to occupy your time? It's nice that you'll be able to see your friends next week. We're here to listen to you.

    hope you're feeling okay today @345_berry - i think many people have felt similar feelings at one point or another in their lives, so you definitely aren't alone in thise feelings of isolation and loneliness. it's good to hear you'll get to see your friends over the next week or so - hopefully you can have some fun and a good time with them.
