I'm really struggling. My life is over.

I just wish things were different.
I'm mindful the staff team have been in touch via DM, and thank you for responding to us there.
You mentioned that it feels like things in your life are going backwards right now, and you're not seeing the kinds of progress you're really wanting. Feeling that your conditions are 'destroying' your life goals sounds devastating, and I hear a feeling of loss in that almost? Or wanting to protect what you have, but feeling like the past keeps creeping up and seizing it.
If you feel comfortable sharing, what has it looked like for the past to be creeping up on you?
We're here to listen.
I have Worked so hard to be where I am now in life and having everything try to take it all away and set me back is awful and really messes with me. I constantly beat myself up about it.
This can be a horrible tine of year, including myself, where things feel much harder. What appears to be a happy time can be an upsetting and difficult time for others! We are here for you when you want to talk some more.
we are always here if you need to talk more or just get things off your chest. but you should be proud of yourself for how far you've come and will continue to go
May I also ask, what does it look like at the moment day-to-day when you say that you are not coping? Can I check if you're feeling able to keep yourself safe?

Things can get hard to the point where I know I need to shower but mentally it feels so difficult. It is like an exhausting task, I can't always bring myself round to doing it. Same with my body needs- eating and drinking, sometimes I can't recognise those signals because there is so much going on.
It is also understandable that the thought of slipping into a depressive episode scares you. Wanting to protect yourself from that is a sign of self-awareness and care. You are doing everything you can and even in moments where you feel like you can’t cope, that effort matters a lot and we are proud of you for it.
I also hear how worn down you feel. Feeling physically off can make everything ten times heavier. When your body is struggling and your mind is overloaded, even the simplest tasks can feel impossible. We believe in you and know you can get through this one step at a time.
It is a relief to hear that you are safe which is very important. Please remember that it is okay to rest and take your own time and do things at your own pace. You are not alone in this and we are here for you as much as you need.
