Hi everyone, I’m Jay, one of the new community officers at the Mix, I just wanted to make a post to say hello!

I previously worked at Shout Crisis textline where I started off as a volunteer before moving to work on the Volunteer support team helping to train new volunteers.

I’m looking forward to being part of this community and getting to know you all. I’ll be helping to moderate chats, respond to any queries and keep this a wonderful supportive space that I can already see it is.

I look forward to getting to know you all more soon.
