    We've decided to blank the recent comments on this thread as when a Community Member is experiencing age regression and presenting under the age of 13, our services here at The Mix are not suitable for them. Because our age remit for our Community is 13-25, it wouldn't be safe or appropriate for us to host conversations that involve someone appearing under the age of 13, even when this is due to age regression.

    This means your comments have been blanked to say they have been deleted. We have had to do it this way as it means we can still keep a log of what the original comments were, without them being public. It's super important we maintain safety for all of our Community. We want to thank those who offered support as your responses were super kind and well-intentioned. This decision is not a reflection on anyone who offered help. Instead, it is just our responsibility to keep the Community safe and within the age requirements that protect all members.

    Therefore, if anyone is experiencing age regression and presenting under the age of 13, we ask that you do not use our Community whilst age-regressed, which includes our Discussion Boards and Group Chats. Instead, we would encourage you to reach out to:
    • Childline by calling 0800 1111 or going to https://www.childline.org.uk/
    • YoungMinds by going to https://www.youngminds.org.uk/young-person/
    • Your local GP (doctor) may also be an option for you. GPs offer access to further help with any physical or mental health problem. They can prescribe treatments and medicines for physical and mental health conditions, and they can refer individuals on to specialist doctors and healthcare professionals for longer-term help with specific problems. You can find a list of local GPs at www.nhs.uk
    • You can also text "THEMIX" to 85258 for confidential 1:1 support that is there for you 24/7.

    You are more than welcome to use our Community when you are in our age remit of 13-25, and presenting in this remit.
