TW - self harm

im getting thoughts of wanting to self harm. im not in crisis but i cant say im exactly well either.

    i’m sry to hear you’re having thoughts of self harm @toffuna101 . is there anything which you could do to distract yourself? draw paint a picture or maybe read a book? i know you say you’re not in crisis but wanted to say that shout are here for you too. 85258. you matter and i’m here if you want to talk <3.

    Hey @toffuna101 thank you for opening up about this. That sounds really hard, and I wonder how those self-harm urges are making you feel emotionally when they come up?

    In the past, has there ever been anything or anyone that has helped you feel even a little bit safer when having these thoughts?

    ive finished watching a documentary about penguins so i guess that helped me distract myself. ive contacted three helplines today; childline, kooth and shout and none of them helped. thank you.
