Hello everyone,
I realised I never properly introduced myself last week, so here it goes! I’m quite introverted, so starting conversations isn’t always easy for me, but I’m happy to be here. I’ll be turning 24 this year and will be starting my master’s next year, which I’m really looking forward to.

I joined The Mix when I was looking for something meaningful to do while coping with loneliness, and I wanted to support others who might be feeling the same way. It’s been a really fun experience so far, and I’m excited to keep learning and growing with this community.

I hope you enjoy your time on here and also sending you lots of good luck for your masters. I wonder what you are studying at the moment if you don't mind me asking?. I hope it's going well and you are doing well this week/weekend 😄.

@Amy22 thank you so much for your wishes. I am not studying at the moment, but I recently completed my bachelor's degree in psychology and plan to pursue my master's in clinical psychology or management next year. Are you studying too, or plan to in future?

Hiya no worries 😊. Oh wow I think doing a masters sounds super amazing and great to do, I know that what you want to do will be amazing and will take you on some cool adventures as well.

So for me I'm currently doing an internship with a host company as part of a scheme/programme that supports young neurodiverse people to get into full time employment and I'm currently doing my first rotation in their marketing department, so working with social media, looking after the main website etc. Its been really fun so far but also eventhough its part of a college course its technically not in a college so I have all of my lessons at my workplace in a small classroom and then I go into my department for the rest of the day until I go back to the class to do reflection and my journal where I mainly write about what happened in the day, what skills I learnt as well.
