So lately I’ve been having these same dreams every night about finding my brothers dead and finding out they had children that they had kept a secret, at first I thought it was nothing but now I’m starting to get really freaked out 😭 are dreams in my control or smth or is something wrong 😭

    Hi @River

    How are you doing?

I think no one really knows why dreams happen. But I often have nightmares about things that are currently making me anxious and are really important to me i.e. exams or a friendship.

Has something recently happened with your brothers that may have triggered this?

Also if it is still worrying you I'm sure you could always give your brothers a call and have a quick check in. Especially if you think this may make you feel more at ease.

Hi @River, just wanted to follow up and check in on how you're feeling? Sorry to hear that you're feeling freaked out by the dreams you're having. As @Blue_lily says, we're not sure why dreams happen or what they mean, especially when they are recurring. What do you make of the experience? We're here to listen to you.
