    Im struggling to breathe (its just anxiety ik it is) everything feels like too much I want ti go back to sleep and I just wish I didnt have to function.

    @Redemption screw what others think. All that matters is that you're there, you're trying, and you're improving. Screw anybody who judges you. What right have they got to judge, when they've not been in your shoes and faced the challenges you've faced.

    Ive just been applying to loads of jobs today, not that Ill get much credit on person for it

    I dont know how im keeping going, I get treated all the time like im just sitting on games or in bed all day, I get spoken to like that. I get my applications ignored like that like my applications today, probably aren't going to get acknowledged. Later today or really soon Im going to get comments, compared to people, treated like I'm not doing anything about my situation not like I’ve been to my course or applied for several jobs, just no credit or no show for my efforts at all.

    @Cutelivejazz I just wanted to say jazz, don't just think about that, but also think about how much progress you made since. You had a good day after i recall you saying, where you did well and that is progress, so well done. Try to look at that too when you think about it.
