    Hey @ellie2000, that's a good question. I wonder if it's similar to getting rid of 'tat', which is getting rid of rubbish? Moving out is a good time to review what you have and whether you need to get rid of things - usually, it'll be things like old/outdated clothing, electronics, bedding, towels etc. Or anything that you're planning to buy new in the new place (furniture is a common example). Are there some old items that you might consider throwing away before moving?
