Did I F it? Is it my fought tht I live in a toxic atmosphere? A carer was standing by a tenant n I asked her if she wanted to move, she tht the place in question was sh*t. Did she say tht bc the carer was standing there? I talk to the carer left me in the road too wen i sed 'help me', was tht wrong too, to confront them?

The 'did i F it' meant Did I muck up by not being settled in the current one? I'm wondering does the manager effect everything?
I can hear the conflicting feelings you have at the moment - questioning if it could be your fault you experienced a toxic environment but also recognising your boundaries have been crossed and it is too late for people to finally be nice now. It is never your fault that you were placed in a toxic environment, you can only control the things you say and do (and unfortunately not how other people act or what they say).
You deserve support, especially when you have been so brave in asking for help! Your safety matters - and being left in the road doesn't sound safe, does it? Have you got any support to ensure this doesn't happen again and that your health and wellbeing are taken care of too?
Does anyone else know you heard from Mr C recently? I remember you had a difficult time with Mr C and this is why you did not previously have contact.
How are you managing with all this?
