I'm just not okay right now. I am just such a terrible person. I now know why things keep going wrong, everything is going wrong because I deserve punishment.

I deserve all this pain.

    I wonder if you might be able to/ if you feel comfortable sharing why you feel like you're a terrible person and why you feel like you deserve all this pain and punishment.

    I'm feeling awful to be fair, yes I am still thinking this. I'm such a terrible person to be around. I just don't feel like talking right now.
