    It sounds multi-dimensional (e.g., money, relationships, friendships, homophobia, food and appearance). It is a lot for any individual to manage! And you deserve support

    I feel hopeless. I think I have trauma from a man . He was kind of horrible and violent I think it’s a kind of trauma and trauma bond and pain
