Mine would be:
- Unfollowing people who I no longer relate to or agree with their views
- Prioritising self-care (at the moment I'm choosing reading over scrolling on my phone)
- Following people who make me feel inspired or empowered
- Seeking out positive news (like our Good News Friday posts!)
