Protecting yourself

I’m scared this guy will reject me and I will lose all hope and happiness and sense of self does anyone have tips for that how do you manage things with dating and not destroy yourself

    On the topic of protecting yourself, probably best to hide the times and especially locations for meet-ups when you share these messages
