Something inside me is broken and can never be fixed 🙃
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

Hey @River , how are you doing?

Thank you for your trust in sharing this. I hear you. I hear how you feel like something inside is broken, and you're afraid it might never be reversed. That sounds so hard. And I can imagine that might leave you feeling like you want to hide away. It takes courage to talk about this, and you're so deserving of all the time you need to be listened to.

If you had to describe that piece that feels 'broken' a bit further, how would you describe it? Does it feel like a physical 'thing'? Or maybe there's an image that comes up in your mind when you think of it? Do you feel it anywhere specific in your body, or your mind?

    We're listening, and we're here.

Hey @River, I'm sorry to hear how you're feeling, it sounds like a difficult spot to be in. I can understand that not feeling mentally safe might be quite challenging - what do you think might be making you feel this way? Are there any alternative things you can do that might help you feel a little better through this?

I can also hear how the feeling of losing people can be hurtful. Would you like to share a little more about why you feel you've lost everyone? We're here to listen to you and support you through this.

Hey @River , that really does sound extremely overwhelming and perhaps frightening too - to notice that coping mechanisms that helped before aren't 'working' anymore. There can be something very panicky about that.

If you'd feel comfortable sharing a bit more about the situation, we're here to listen?

I'll pop a link here to some comforting resources if helpful at this time: https://papyrus.orchahealth.com/en-GB/self-care.
