Hey @toffuna101 , thank you for your posts. You're doing so well to keep safe right now and I recognize just how hard this feels. How would you feel about reaching out to one of the 1:1 spaces that Shannon has offered there?

May we ask whether you're still being supervised by your dad and how that's feeling?

ive considered reaching out to childline but honestly i don't feel like reaching out today, i feel that i cope on my own today by distracting myself. im still being supervised by my dad which makes me feel safe.

i’m glad you’re feeling safe @toffuna101 - there’s no pressure to reach out if you feel that you are coping ok but remember there are people there who care if you do need some support at anytime!

i’m really proud of you <3

ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

@toffuna101 good luck with it all friend. Hopefully they've finally give you the support you need.

It might help as well if you wrote down some of your thoughts and feelings and everything you've experienced, just on a piece of paper, and put it into bullet points to go over during your camhs appointment. It will make it easier to get every point you have across and ensure nothing gets missed rather than thinking everything on the spot. It might just help a bit.

A phone or tablet could work. If not, don't worry. It's just a little trick that might be helpful, but you'll do great either way at getting everything across @toffuna101

Remember, We're here for you afterwards, however it goes for you.
