    @toffuna101 like eylah said, we're here for you. I'll even stay up the whole time your in the A&E waiting line. Remember to get ready for A&E. Maybe a few coins or your card for a little snack and drink while you're there, and maybe a book if you don't have your phone.

    technically you didn’t request the ambulance they have a confidentiality policy where they have to call emergency services to keep you safe etc. so you can just say that when they turn up.

    @toffuna101 you always belong here, and you always will. We care for you deeply. You are a gem of a person, and a brave one as well. Remember, bravery isn't about not being scared, it's about being scared but still pushing through in the face of that fear and worry. And reaching out for help must have been terrifying, but you did it anyway. That is bravery, never forget that. <3

    i can breathe ok. im trying to distract myself by listening to music. the bad thoughts keep coming to me but the music is helping.
