I just give up…don’t hit me with are you safe questions because I will just not answer bcs I’m sick of that question!

I stopped taking my meds, I cba with them anymore

    The last 24hr have been shit and my head and body don’t feel right, I feel wrong 🙁

    This sounds really heavy @River but you're doing really well sharing. I'm wondering if you can explain a bit more about feeling "wrong". Are you in any pain or is it more of a general feeling?

    @Katie im not sure and no I haven’t because I have no one to tell

    I just cancelled the rest of my counselling sessions coz that woman can fuck off instead of calling me an attention seeker, if I’m an attention seeker then how come I do everything to not share how I feel. Everyone on the mix don’t know half the shit that is going on lately because I just share the light stuff and keep the heavy hidden but nope I’m just an attention seeker 🙃

    Reaching out for support isn't attention seeking @River - it actually takes a lot of courage to be that open. How are you feeling now after she said that? Is it possible for you to switch counsellors I wonder?

    The choice is entirely up to you River but if you ever felt more comfortable to share the heavier stuff, we'll be right here with you to support you. Have you been able to speak about the heavier stuff with anyone before?
