    you should watch it if youre able to go, odeon does saver monday where if you sign up for odeon extras you get to save money on tickets. odeon extras is completely free by the way, you just have to pay for the tickets and optionally the food. so if youre available next monday you could go and see it there in the odeon. thats why i went today and coincidentally that film released today so it was good for the carer and i since we were one of the first ones to watch it. im glad to hear that talking how you feel does help. <3
    alternatively, you could just wait until the film is available for streaming/to rent/to buy online.

    police have come twice today bc I made a report to them 3 week ago but it’s pissing me off bc they came at 8pm? why so late. :/

    @River after everything that happened, it will be a struggle. Maybe, if forcing yourself to fully get in the shower is a bit too hard, you could do it bit by bit perhaps? Sort of a stupid suggestion, but it's all i've got. Your brave just trying to overcome it, and remember it doesn't have to be overcome instantly overnight. Sometimes it's just small steps that build up to a big one.

    @River , you don't want to force yourself too much. Remember that, pushing yourself is great, but pushing yourself to breaking point isn't, and can potentially make it harder for you. If i were you, i would consider baby steps bit by bit, and work up to it over time if you aren't able to force yourself tomorrow. Things like sticking an arm in the shower and showering just the arm to overcome a bit of it, rather than being 100% in the shower and feeling it everywhere at once which will be overwhelming potentially. I could be wrong, but rome wasn't built in a day. Sometimes, it can take time and be done slowly. I'm here to talk if you want.
