Hi I noticed that you've posted about this question on some other threads in the past, and I hear that it's something that you're still struggling with. Well done for reaching out here.
So that I'm not repeating what others have already said, is there anything that fellow community members here have shared with you already that you've found useful? We're here to support you.

Hey , I hear you, and it sounds so hard to be finding no relief from this worry. I really echo what @Azziman has said here - that you're doing really well to talk about this.
If you were to have a conversation with your boyfriend, what do you think you'd like him to understand most about this situation? If he were to ask you - 'what is your biggest fear here?', how do you think you would respond?
It really does sound like this worry has been very overwhelming, and I wonder how you have been taking care of yourself through the hardest moments? Has there been anything or anyone at all that maybe offers a positive distraction, or ways to rest? I hear its extreamly hard when yoiu have this relentless worry, and we're here for you and we're listening.
