Okay so like above I have no filter so here’s a TMI warning

I have a medical condition so it means I have to take medication daily to stop my periods but sometimes I can be very forgetful so I’d forgot to take them the past 3 days so I took it today however either it’s already mixed with my next cycle or it’s something else as my tummy isn’t very happy with me

So I do struggle with the heat a lot as my body can’t regulate my temperature a lot of the time and it’s been warm today where I am so I’ve been in shorts and a T-shirt to regulate my temperature however my tummy is upset with me and giving me a lot of greif and pain. I don’t know if it’s just the issue above or not 
if it then I can easily fix that with my meds for my condition but if it’s not then I don’t know if I’d be able to take the pain meds that I have for my condition. I have other medication but it hasn’t eased the pain

In response to "I don't know if it's just the issue above or not", do you feel able to reach out to the doctors who have prescribed you the medications just to get their opinion? Medical professionals are best placed to advise here but I recognise and appreciate this may not always feel the most comfortable.
How have you been feeling since - are you starting to feel any better yet? It might also be worth some rest and thinking about what usually helps when you are not feeling well!
