  Hey @nem, how are you doing? I wanted to follow up from @Azziman 's post here and say firstly just thank you so much for being so honest here about how lonely you've been feeling. Loneliness can be such a painful thing to go through.
  
  What does feeling lonely look like for you? Is it an emotion? a state of mind? does it make you sad? angry? I'm here and would love to learn more. How long do you think you've been feeling lonely for, and what is it that is creating this loneliness in your life?
  
  Oftentimes noticing and acknowledging how we're feeling is the first step towards taking care of ourselves, and in that way, having the courage to say, 'I'm actually really lonely right now' feels huge.
